Unknown chrysallis

Help..I must be a bit thick! I wanted to upload an image of a chrysallis so that someone could identify it.... but don't seem to be able to do so. It is a standard jpg image. Can anyone advise me please?

Hi Mick, you aren't thick, it took me ages before I could upload to the Gallery. Try this link and all should become clear, but bear in mind that your images have to be a minimum of 800 x 600. There use to be a video link but I cant find it
