Hi!

Hello, I'm Sally from Bournemouth and have just stumbled across this forum, it's great to find one like this!

I have always loved and respected wildlife and I look forward to chatting with like minded people!

Hi Suzsted. I used to have two pet rats (Abbey and Xena). Gorgeous they were and very affectionate. Unfortunately they both developed dreadful tumours and had to be put down. Apparently they were due to too much feeding of protein. I must admit they were very greedy and I just couldn't resist feeding them all kinds of tidbits. I do hope yours don't develop them as it is heartbreaking to see.

so sad when you loose a pet.
it is so hard to say no to them! i dont let the have any fatty foods i try to stick to fruit and veg with them but as soon as they hear a crisp bag theyr straight up for some lol
i had a hamster years ago that died from a tumour but he was a monster hamster! ppl used t think he was a guine pig he was so fat!!
