| | | Hello from Pip Hi
My name's Pip and I live in Blackpool. I am of a certain age -life has begun!!!
I can not believe I have only found this site today.... that's more computer hours - I think I'll need a computer all of my own soon...
I was browsing and surfing House Sparrows when I came across this site. There is a Juvenile taken up residence in my back yard/garden. She is very reluctant to fly away. there is plenty of seed oout there and water and she has made herself at home. She can fly but I haven't seen her fly more than a couple of feet. She spends a lot of time on the ground and has startled me once or twice today by appearing about 3 -4 feet away from me.
I don't know if she has not mastered flying very well or if she is lazy or if she has maybe gotten a bit plump... I just hope she evades the local cats. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Threaded Mode |
