| | | Please allow me to ....... ........ introduce myself - If any of you can remember the Rolling Stones .
I'm Nick ( Hi Nick - thought I'd do the reply for you as well) and I come from Gods County - Warwickshre, I've only just got into Birding recently but I've always been in to Nature watching and where I've lived both here and when I lived with my Folks I was so close tot he countryside you could smell the Cowpats !
I'm really lucky where I live now it's about 2-3 minutes from 264 acres of Mixed woodlands and we have loads of footpaths ( I know cos I help to maintain them) that I can walk around. I've recently got into Photography again so once I master the knobs on the new camera I'll bore you all with photo's as well.
Speak to you soon

Is that your Springer? Uptil the week before Christmas we had a very elderly Cocker ( working strain) but she had a stroke unfortunatley and also had 3 tumours so we had to have her put down. I came out with the "Never Again" speech and 3 weeks later we got Nacho ( don't ask) she was about 12 weeks ish and had been taken tot he vets to be put down. Luckily for her she wasn't and is now my constant companion (especially in the greenhouse )
She's a ..... err.... well .... um..... lets say she's not a pure bred I think there is a bit of Whippet, a bit of Springer, bit of English pointer and who knows what else ( she's asleep on the bed as I type !) I've uploaded a foto in the Midlands section taken on one of our many long walks
