Hi from Central Scotland

Hello everyone,

Stumbled across this site whilst searching for Chicken of the Woods fungus. Saw some lovely photos and can't wait until spring to find some of my own for a wild garlic and Chicken of the Woods fry up!

Darren

Hi Darren, you are so lucky you have found us here - it's a great place! Always something to talk about and as you say some fantastic images in the galleries. WAB will keep you busy untill spring and your fry-up . Welcome .

Hi Darren,

A warm welcome to WAB, you can spend endless hours looking at the galleries - I know I am always getting sidetracked by the fantastic photographs, looking forward to your posts and photos.

Re: Hi from Central Scotland

The fungi gallery is superb. I've been trying to match up a few photos from there to those in my photo files to find out exactly what I've been looking at on my local patch!

It seems like a very active forum too, always a good thing.

Hi Darren and welcome from another central Scotland member. I live about 10 miles north of Glasgow at the foot of the Campsie Fells. Where abouts do you live?

Now that the Hello Board has moved up top. I didn't see you there! Welcome to WAB Darren. I have never tried those Mushrooms with Ramsons before. Let me know how good they taste. Had Ramsons back in Spring With Pheasants Egg freshly- laid in the garden. Yum Yum
