Hello from Melus

Hi to everyone

I have just come across the site whilst searching for info on Signal Crayfish.

I'm a very mature student currently studying for a foundation degree in Wildlife Conservation, having retired from the local constabulary.

I have an interest in most things wild from Badgers to Hover Flies and I hope I can contribute in a positive way to the forum as well as gleen info from other members.

Regards

Melus

Re: Hello from Melus

Many thanks for all the positive replies.
The forum seems like a friendly place and I look forward to contributing when I can.

I'll have a good look round when I have the time towards the end of the week, but at the moment I'm busy revising for a forthcoming Ecology Exam.

Cheers
Melus

Re: Hello from Melus

Hello Melus from a another retiree,

I retired early from the NHS and took up photography again and combined it with my love of Wildlife and Nature. I've never missed work, only my old colleagues. I now wonder where I found the time to go to work.

Good Luck in your retirement
