| | | Re: Hi from Somerset Hi aestarte,
Welcome to WAB! My favourite birds are Red Kites, but I like to see Buzzards too - they seem to be doing pretty well in my part of the country. I've seen them in my own village, and in most of the villages round here.
Enjoy the site!

| | | Re: Hi from Somerset Hi Fi now in stereo! Sorry about that i couldn't resist it. W'elcome AB'oard WAB. You may like to know that i saw a Buzzard snatch a Magpie in flight shortly after the Buzzard was chased by another Magpie trying to get it to release it's partner. Something i don't see everyday. Have Fun! |

I am also new here and I too love the Buzzzards, in spring we watch them daily soaring and calling only a mile from the house, I have managed a few photos over the last year, they are fantastic

| | Re: Hi from Somerset Wow, what a great welcome thank you. I have to say I have just come back from South Devon and spent three weeks watching a family of buzzards they had three babies and they were all up every day and on the last day of my holiday they gave me a fantastic fly-over as if to say goodbye and sorry about your strained neck. So cool.Fi. X X X X | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
