Hello jj-harrishawker, welcome from me too .The only birds of prey I have seen close at hand was at Muncaster Castle last summer at one of their displays, beautiful birds and most impressive, though I don't recall seeing a Harris hawk. You are very lucky to have such close contact.

there will have being one there more than likely as they are the most commonly flown bird of prey in falconry, and yes its great being in close contact espicially when you begin to know other falconers and get to see the lights of a range of eagle, hawks and falcons when you please
