To get a pic of your own - go to your profile (the edit avatar bit) and you can upload a picture from your computer (there are a few twiddly bits to do...(confession: other half took over and did those bits when I got confused (Lol! doesn't take much when it comes to computers)  ...so I haven't a clue what he did!)....somebody else here is sure to be able to tell you how though....
