Hello from Chelmsford , another new one 1/6/07 .
Have been wildlife photography curious for a long time (now in my late 40's ) .I didn't realise there was so much out there . My aims are to record dragonflies , small insects and also try my luck with bat pictures.Have mainly taken pictures of things that don't jump around previously.

Hi Malcom, this time last year I started to try and record every form of wildlife in our garden - I am still at it  its amazing what is out there that I never even noticed before (mainly inseacts). I have only had two types of damselflies to record though, Large Reds and common Blues but they are beautiful. Welcome and I hope it won't be too long before we see some of your photo's in the Gallery.  |

Since being inspired by this fantastic web site I searched through a book of local dragons and set off to find some .I felt very lucky to see male and female banded and beautiful demoiselles in the same place , got some pics will post later ( though was greedy and went after flight shots and left the iso on 800 all the time - not so great for static shots ) hope you get your noise problem sorted . ( ps the demoiselles were on Roman river near Colchester)Also hope got the ids correct...
