Hi all.
I am in my very early 40's  and have enjoyed wildlife and nature photography for about 2 years now.
Also I have just managed to scrape enough money to upgrade my camera and now
I will be able to persue the career of a professional as soon as I finish my studies. 
2 years 10 months to go.
I welcome comments on images I post and I am very open for critique.
However I am also very critical myself..  My Gallery

Thanks peeps for the warm welcome. It's nice to be wanted...
I love anything wildlife and nature orientated. Birds, mammals,insects the lot. Not scared of spiders any more as I have seen so many close up, I scare them now.
I will post some more images to my Gallery very soon, just got my new camera so I am itching to get out and get some good shots.
Anyone got a Nikon D80? Just wondered if there was anything about it that I need to know.
Anyways, thanks again for the welcome and I look forward to posting a lot on here.
Please feel free to use my forum as it is based on the same subjects and ideas.

BTW, I have a section on my forum that has some locations for great nature photography.
If anyone is local to Herftordshire and would like to join me and a few members of the RPS Nature Group on a morning shoot, please pm me your details and I can set it up.
It's normally free of charge and we have 3 or 4 excellent locations for Dragon Flies and waterfowl and a lot more besides.
Worth a look if your in the area.
