Hi Phil,
Sorry I haven't had time to reply yet, things move so fast on here at the moment I lost track!!
Hessilhead is an amazing place which takes three times as many creatures as we do, but it has been running a lot longer.
As for Fregus, he wasn't there when I was up a few years ago, but Helen told us about him when she came back down here for a break to visit her folks.
Next time you go say hello to Andy and Gaye and tell them Megan and I will see them in Birmingham for the BHPS conference (British Hedghehog Preservation Society). They are guest speakers and are actually giving us an update on the Uist Hogs. Our Vet is also one of the speakers on rehabilitation so we have to attend for moral support

Are you going over to Uist to help with collecting Hogs then?
Anyway I hope you don't have a 'busy' year, but at the rate things are going down here it's doubtful I'll be visiting this site much. Already baby doves, rabbits and pigeons are coming in thick and fast!.
Cheers
Jo
