Hi from sunny Worthing

Just joined Yesterday as my name was used in a thread and thought I'd better comment
I'm a macrophotographer and as I'm retired have lots of time to take pics of things I find in my garden
My main on-line gallery is here
Flickr: Photos from Lord V

Looking forward to joining in in some of the discussions.

I have one question- I notice there is a request to only link to pics hosted here- is this a strict requirement? - I tend to link to my Flickr gallery most of the time which is very reliable.

Brian V.

Re: Hi from sunny Worthing

Welcome to WAB Lord V.

I'm an ex-Worthingite (well East Preston really). Went to Worthing College of Further Education in the late 1960s, then left the south for the wilder country of the Peak District. Keep promising to return for a look around to see how things have changed, may get there one day.

Hello Lord Brian V

Welcome to WAB.

We have Officers, Commanders and Knights here .... and you are already a Lord at sign up time .

I have had a quick look at your Flickr gallery. There are some stunning photos in there. What set up are you using for your macro photography?

Re: links .... please see here where the issue has been fully debated ....

Re: Hi from sunny Worthing

Hello Brian and welcome to the site. I had a look at your pics and I'm so impressed. My partner loves macro photography and commented that your photos put his to shame. The raindrop ones are very unusual and lovely, really looking forward to seeing more.

Hi Brian and a very warm welcome to WAB from me too. Enjoy!

Yes, it is important that you don't make links to third party sites. I can assure you that WAB Galleries are also very reliable ... plus the main reasons outlined in the link above.

John
