Hello everybody.
I have just registered here and wanted to introduce myself.
I live in NW Surrey and am the co-founder of HCS
(The Heathland Conservation Society)

Like you, I'm also a big fan of snow. In fact it's probably the main reason that I'll be watching the winter olympics - the athletes are just window dressing  |

Hi Surrey Snow and welcome.
I used to live in your neck of the woods (long time ago now), I remember the winter of 62/63 - tobogganing down the Hog's Back, and our dad took us for a walk across the frozen Thames at Hampton Court! They don't make winters like that any more.
