| | | tide times Does anyone know of a good website for getting both predicted and past tide times? I had a brilliant site on my old work computer favourites and although I copied the address for it, I can't re-find it!!

But it has the disadvantage that the detailed predictions for past dates are not free. I don't know of a similar free one. |

Sooooo..... does ayone know of a good site ?  | For your local ones, Gill, you can buy a little book for a few pence giving you the tides for the year from any sea-angling tackle shop. They usually cover a fair coastal distance you just add or subtract for individual places i.e. give you the times for Bridlington then add or subtract 30 mins for Hornsea or Spurn Point whatever it may be. They fit easily in your pocket or camera bag. Important, touristy places like Holy Island you can get on a website for that particular attraction. |
