With a bit of luck, that particular mutt learned a lesson that day! The dog shouldn't have been off the lead anyway beside a road...

With respect - it's not just the 'mutt' who needed to learn a lesson - what was his idiot of an owner doing, having him off the lead, next to a road, when he clearly was not under control???

Going on other post we clearly dog or dog owner or both in this country not only with problems mentioned on other post bot the muck everywhere, I live in a village in the countryside and every footpath going from the village is covered in muck, what is happening to stop all these problems, as far I can see nothing, is it that politicians are frightened to address this problem for fear of looseing votes?
