What creature left this present?


Hedgehog? Rat? small Fox? Bird?

didn't really think rat as not quite as pellety as I would have thought, but a large one has been seen around next-doors garden.
Any ideas?

The elongated tapered end is very similar to rat droppings.So therefore Brown Rat is the most likely.

I thought rat droppings were like large like large mouse droppings.

I think that might be hedgehog. As others have said on here before. Could you see any beetle casings or seeds?

Its from a bird, probably a species of thrush.
