What are these all over everything!?

if you go on here there is a picture of a yellow flower with tiny little bugs on it!

can someone please tell me what they are as i have hundreds of them in my garden!! they are everywhere and in everything! i go outside for 2 mins and im covered in them!

These are pollen beetles, Nitidulidae. Generally harmless pollen feeders found on almost all flowers almost all over the country in the spring. Sometimes annoying but not a problem.

thanks you very much for this ! i know its not a problem but they are everywhere! i live next to farmland so i think that's why there is so many. is there a product i can buy for the garden that wither deters them from coming or maybe something else!
