The poor taxpayer will have pay again for early replacement! Be greener and plant some standard trees where the posts are to keep the cars off the grass. Be greener still and keep the cars away.

Poor students morelike! The posts are temporary, pending the growth of the trees planted further back. Cars are made very unwelcome on campus!
