| | | Unidentifiable Bee. (well i dont know what it is!) Basically i was having a coffee this morning and buzzing around was...something a little smaller than a bumblebee, dark in colour and it had a large antenna-like stinger coming out of its head- can anyone tell me what this could be. I've been searching the internet with no luck.
thanks. |

| | | Re: Unidentifiable Bee. (well i dont know what it is!) Could it be a Major Bee-fly? ( Bombylius major) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_bee-fly
Or search Google Images for Bee Fly and have a look at the pics there.
