Preparing specimens..
Sounds a bit gory but these would be already demised, probably care of a barn owl or cat.
I want to take pictures of the teeth of animals eg mice. I believe I can get the "soft" stuff away with sodium hydroxide, but someone may be able to give advice?
To get the hairs away from this one as far as this, manually, took a long time.

You could leave in an open container of soil buried in the ground until the detritivores have done the hard work removing the soft material and then place the bones in dilute bleach for a while to clean them up a bit.
