A day out in the Lake District... ideas?
Myself, my wife and my 3 month old daughter will be having an early start tomorrow or Wednesday morning to go and hopefully see the Otters at Ambleside and may head into Sizergh to see the Hawfinches.

Wondered if anyone could recommend other notable places to visit but please note I wont be trekking far when I have my lil un strapped to me.

Birds of prey and mammal sightings are top of the list thought!!
