Why assume a rottie will be harder to control, or more of a problem than a than a yorkie?

Some delegated spaces have dog control orders which will stipulate home many dogs can be walked at one time, whether dogs are allowed off lead etc. These orders apply to anyone walking dogs.
Professional dog walker should have insurance and their insurance will cover them for a certain number. As I said earlier I am insured to walk and travel 6 at one time

I know that any breed can hold individuals who are er, 'difficult' - but I'd still prefer to try to retain a grip on 4 small problems than 4 much larger /stronger ones !
