Work Experience

hi i am 16 doing my GCSEs this year and i am looking to do work experience for one week in late June and was wondering if anybody could suggest where to go or possible contacts. i live in east sussex and am interested in conservation for birds and small mammals, which I hope to be doing at uni. thanks

You could try contacting your local wildlife trust. or country park.

i volunteer with nottinghamshire wildlife trust and we have work experience students come out with us from time to time. they tend to give the students a good mixed bag, showing them how it all works in the office as well as practical stuff with us at the nature reserves.
