Another Heap of Poo

Can anyone identify these droppings found on the gatepost this morning please?
The heap was about 1.5 cm across and each one was about twice the size of a mouse dropping.

Love the way your photo in the message has split the text - I read droppings were "twice the size of a mouse"

- elephant poo perhaps!

Anyway, we get droppings like this on our garden path, when the blackbirds have been gorging on pyracantha berries, but these are mostly gone now. As it was on a post it would suggest obviously a bird of some kind. Are there any berried plants in the area?

Wernal, I think all the cotoneaster berries are all gone now (will check tomorrow) and don't have any pyracantha berries. The rowan berries went long ago.
