The toes are almost in line, in a dog (canid) they would be more angular. However this is the problem with semi-melted prints they change shape and size. |

Difficult to be certain,but Otter may be a contender if there are any water ways in the area. An indication of the distance between prints and a picture of the general pattern of the tracks can often help.

This print has 4 toes all more or less level. A dogs hind foot is similar to its fore foot. The size has most likely increased due to snow melting. |

I don't think it's canid - wrong shape, even taking meltage into account. Could it be otter?
