Looks like he was nowhere near the seal pups. Only adults in the photos. What's the problem? Great pictures of undisturbed grey seals.

I have met Dave and he would never do anything to harm wildlife to get a decent shot..He is not like that..

Lets wait to see what he has to say about it. | Well I was next time him most the time and I can assure you no seals were disturbed, especially pups. We were no where near the main colony(ies). These seals are a small group of 4 or 5 that were seperate from the colony. |

Wardens and all the press have ask Photographers etc to stay off the beach ? adult Seal ? do not think it is going to feed its pup do you?
Mine were taken sometime ago, and I would not go onto the beach if asked not to by Wardens. I have advertised on well known forums, radio, TV, Newspapers and magazines. All the deaths of seal pups last year, why would you want to go out there.
I never said he had done anything wrong, its just common sense to keep off the beach during the pupping season. I have been wardening at the seals this year and most well known photographers have stayed off.

THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR GOING ONTO THE BEACH | The seals just sat there and could have gone past us at anytime. They seemed more interested in doing acrobatics than heading up the beach!
No warden asked us to stop going on to the beach as we were NO WHERE NEAR the colony. We didnt park at the Donna Nook car park, parking further down the beach and walking a number of miles to avoid disturing any seals on the way out. | | | |
