It was on just on BBC1 
As for the film "Tarka the Otter" never let your kids see it because of the ending one of the most shocking endings to any film I have seen  or was it "Ring of Bright Water"

They are both sad endings - but Ring of Bright Water is just horrible......poor otter gets clubbed to death with a spade if I remember correctly
My Dad still phones me to this day if Tarka The Otter comes on tv as I cry every time I watch it
The episode that was on BBC1 was the newest episode - there are 4 parts before that that were shown earlier in the year. I only had 2 of them recorded as I realised after the series had started that it was on!! So, I am eagerly looking forward to Amazon winging my dvd onto me mid January |
