Ramadam is no excuse to kill a swan, I'm sure he could of got some food from somewhere else. They are not allowed to eat in the daylight hours when fasting for ramadam. My next door neighbours are muslim and we hear the pots and pans clacking away as soon as the sun goes down |

One of my best friends is Muslim and breaking the fast is a big deal to them - they gather round with friends and family and initially break the fast with dates and then tuck into a lovely spread.
