Young pigeon massacre (don't look if squeamish)

Feral pigeons nest under a railway bridge in Hull, and I pass under it every day. The other day a dead young pigeon turned up a little up the street, and a few days later another one appeared just under the bridge. I took a photo this time as the carcass seemed identical to the previous one, indicating they had been predated by the same animal. Any ideas which predator could have been?

I disturbed a Crow in the paddock today that was eating a young Woodpigeon. It looked a bit like your pic..but it would look like that if a cat had been eating it. ....Posie..

Young pigeons are extremely clumsy and awkard, and often fall out of their nests before they can fly properly, so any ground predators could have taken advantage of it. Crows and magpies will predate nests too.
