The first image in your second set ( in post #3) is actually a Jumping Spider, and could be Salticus scenicus. They don't make webs but catch prey by finding it with their great eye sight then ambushing it. They can jump short distances but can lay a line of silk as a 'safety net', as it's done here from your ceiling! That makes an interesting photograph.
Barjon - it's a Tegenaria sp. by the look of it.
Nice shots, and don't forget we are happy to try and identify any you're unsure of!
