Can you help? I'd think it would be a good idea to have a database on WAB (maybe there all ready is and I just haven't noticed it) for food and nectar plants for butterflies and larvae and another for nectar plants for bees and hoverflies! Not sure how best to go about doing so, so your help is most welcome!!

That's a lovely and very constructive idea. I love the format of this database: 
The symbols are very clear. They could be made more specific to suit people's needs.

I guess with the right software, you could make it browsable or searchable, and combinations of search terms could be made possible.

Thanks for that Ashlee, It is a clean looking format and the photo for Id is well thought. I wonder since we have so many great photo's here, is the way that a database could be created with the sites software?

I've recently been looking for a book along these lines. I have wildflower books and bird/insect books but never the twain shall meet  So I shall be keeping an eye on this thread. (Have saved the link above for a browse thru too, thanks).
