| | WIMBY – What’s In My Back Yard (if you are a Greater Londoner that is ;)) This is an internet tool that Londoners can use to discover what species they might encounter in their immediate environment, or elsewhere around our wonderful capital city: WIMBY - Whats in my backyard
I found it truly inspirational, a real little treasure of a database. It arrived in some "spam" in my email inbox of all places but I know of at least one WABBER who works for GiGL. So I reckon it's genuine

You type in the first three or four characters of your postcode and you get a list of plants that are native to your area.
Wicked!
