| | Favourite Wildlife Collective Nouns! What are people's favourite collective nouns for groups of wildlife?
I'll kick off with a few: A parliament of rooks.
A murmuration of starlings.
A skulk of foxes.
A boogle of weasels.
...Plus some of my own invention: A jig of mayflies.
A circus of goldfinches.
A devastation of rabbits.
A spell of toads. |

A misidentification of Mycologists.
Well, according to some posts, it does seem so many fungi ID books have a number of errors ................
Charm of goldfinches is so apt for their softness and beauty.
Cheers
Ken
