Hello again
I very much appreciate your kind advice. I've noticed that few people (or even some docs

) even think about drug-drug or food-drug interactions, and I also agree with you on the subject of biochemical individuality.
I've been with my doc for many years. He knows that I'm basically a cautious type in spite of the scatty persona

. He trusts me not to take too many risks. I also have several personal friends who are GP's in various corners of the world, and, to be honest, when I'm ill I'll 'consult' with them all to get 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinions. I'm concerned with getting well and can't really be doing with mutterings about what's 'ethical' or not.
So I talk with all of them about any alternative therapies I intend to try, just in case they know of any contra-indications that I might have missed in my research.
So far there are absolutely no objections
Thank you so much for your sage advice, and I hope all is going well for you
Cheers,
Andestine
