Sounds like a great day out, lots of good sightings! Your ovipositing hawker is actually a Common rather than a Southern Hawker, but I'm afraid I can't help with your other ids!

2. Neither of these are ichneumons the left photo is a Pompilid (by the looks of it) and the right picture is Ammophila sabulosa (Sphecidae).
