She's a very engaging presenter who knows her Antelope from her Effy-lump but I think she is also a great role model for young girls because she's a natural beauty and is obviously too busy tracking cheetah to be faffing about with depilatory cream and other such nonsense, yet men obviously still find her utterly attractive.

Kate was on the BBC morning news today talking about Autumnwatch. There will be a section on the return of the Supergoose, Grey seals (very sad apparantly). Red Squirrells (that make have given Kate fleas), the Red Deer Rut and a segment on seed collecting to propagate trees yourself for a mass planting next year.

There is some stirring footage on the Autumnwatch website if you want to take a look. The heroic music to the film clip did make me laugh. Also some preview film clips here.

What would I like to see?.. Foxes. Hope they're in there somewhere
