| | | In training for the Slug hurdles....!!!  Just returned from my early morning run and its taken me twice as long due to the amount of slugs Ive had to hurdle.....!! I spent all the time looking at the pavement instead of where I was going  I dont think Ive ever seen so many, they're obviously enjoying the mornings rain..... |

| | | Re: In training for the Slug hurdles....!!! Yep, they're amazing creatures. Did you see that footage of them mating on Springwatch? That's something I'd like to see for real one day. And, like the black slugs, they're beneficial in the garden as they only eat rotting vegetation which helps to break it down and enrich the soil.
