| | | Time To Check Your Sheds HI All,
As in most years late spring sees wasp nest building start and nest seem to appear in sheds overnight.I discovered several in my sheds today. What I do is detach the nest with the queen inside it into a old coffee jar and realise her in some woodland several hundred meters away.Annoyingly I have a old shed that I store firewood in that I hardly use in the summertime where a wasps nest wouldent bother me but the queens dont seem interested in it!
Regards Les. |

I have an old shed right besides my plum tree, every year without fail they attempt to build a nest there and every year I manage to thwart their attempts. This year I have my waspinator and that's worked a treat

| | | Re: Time To Check Your Sheds Last summer wasps built a nest on the underside of a Western style saddle that was hanging in the tack room. It was quite well camouflaged against the grey wool flocked underside.
I've still got the nest - I'm afraid it had to be sprayed. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
