Yellow things on teasel

Today I found a clump of old teasel stems covered with yellow hammock-shaped growths:



Then I saw a caterpillar inside one of them:



Then a caterpillar 'outdoors':



Does anyone know, first of all, whether the caterpillars were emerging from these tents or going into them, also what species they are.

Looks like one of the Burnet moths

Maybe Narrow-bordered Five-spot Burnet Zygaena lonicerae. They are about to pupate so going into them
