Amusing fox story

Where i used to have some greenhouses, the old lady that owned the ground bred geese from eggs, geese are another story as they are wonderfully intellegent, however, back to the topic, unfortunately for the geese a fox had taken a fancy to them and killed some when an opportunity arose.

The old lady used to own a 4-10 shotgun which she used for foxes and rabbits, and on occasions when she fired in haste, windows of my greenhouses, but this particular day she didn't have it with her, in broad daylight a fox walked past her on its way to the goose pen.

Thinking quickly she took off her wellington boot and threw it after the fox, the fox ran a short way, turned round and ran back to where the boot had landed, it picked it up and ran off with it.

She never saw her boot again.

Just thought i would share that little story with you.

Foxes are great thieves! She must have been hopping mad!

serves her right for shooting at the foxes. I also hope she replaces any windows of yours she breaks. Lets hope the fox brings the welly back with a little "present" inside and she puts it on without realising
