In the last few weeks, I've noticed a few stone dovecotes (at least, I think that's what they are!) that I've never really taken notice of before. I quite like them and am currently doing a bit of research into the origins of those in Derbyshire.
I've only got the one pic ATM though.....taken yesterday while walking through the little hamlet of Shatton. It was built into the end of a barn, which has been converted and is now a beautiful residence for some lucky person!
