Collins New Naturalist Bumblebees

I have heard that there is a new collins new naturalist coming out about bumblebees Im just wondering when it is going to come out.

And is Bill Oddie not doing springwatch this year?

I haven't heard about a new Bumblebees from New Naturalist - I think there was one out in 2006 by Ted Benton, but think it's out of print now. Perhaps they're reprinting?

This isn't a new book- this originally came out in 1959 + I think this is one of the old books they are reprinting, so a lot of the info will be dated. Ted Benton's book is much more up to date though out of print now, The next new NN is about wildfowl.

Sorry-not hijacking the thread, but if any folk have the late Mike Majerus's Ladybird (Collins NN), hang on to it. The lowest price it's going for is £900. At the top end, an 'acceptable' copy is up for grabs at £3,729.45!!!!

Staggering!

I wish I'd bought 2 or more copies now! My softback at the time cost me a measly £14.99. That is an incredible increase in value!
