| | | General moan Regarding I`m a celebrity get me out of here.
Who has watched this and seen the inhuman way they treat the wildlife on the program ?. I dont generally watch TV, but happened to be in the room when this was showing, Kilroy-Silk was being showered in all kinds of insects, rodents and reptiles, i wonder why the RSPCA or the ICC dont do something about it ?, do we need all this animal cruelty to provide us with so called entertainment ? .
End of moan ... |

| | | Re: General moan Yep - eating live bugs too, all for entertainment. I have no problem if people, such as the indigenous populations in certain parts of the World need to eat them to survive (obviously!). But there is no need for this type of behaviour from so called celebs.

| | | Re: General moan I agree with your use of expletive there Kayleigh. This 'entertainment' is utter tosh and people really should do something vaguely interesting with their lives!!!
That might seem harsh, but it's really, really dreadful television. I didn't think about the harm they might be causing the creatures that feature- it's a sad reality that entertaining boring couch squatters is a priority over the welfare of wildlife. |

| | | Re: General moan I watch it ahem !!
as said in a similar thread yesterday, I find people dynamics very interesting but I did say that I do struggle with the animal/insect end of it all. I would say tho that having watched bear gryllis cut the heads of lizards etc there are a few 'celebs' that do it for entertainment purposes.
