| | | Spider web A few weeks ago I took the dog for his run shortly after daybreak, there was a heavy dew that morning which made the grass very wet. When I got to the reed beds all the spiders' webs looked like mini pearl necklaces. It's amazing how the beads of water do not run to the bottom of the web.
This afternoon as the sun was setting, all the fields were shimmering with the sunlight reflecting off the spiders' webs, it only lasted a few minutes then was gone.
A lot of spiders in that grass! |

| | | Re: Spider web I took a similar photo some years ago, I worked out that the area covered was about 200 acres.

| | | Re: Spider web Good photos. I love the effect that dew has on the webs, makes you realise how many there are around.

| | | Re: Spider web Great pics, Snake. I like to see them in a mist when all the different weavings stand out.
They are also very helpful to me when ''Zorro'' the window cleaner visits as I can see which windows he actually visits.
Ho Hum.. At least each window has the occasional wash. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
