| | | Not 'bird of the day'.... Not able to add to 'bird of the day' as I have just got in from work and have not been able to observe the outside world until I got home. So can I start this new thread and call it 'creature of the day' Mine today is the common ' House Mouse' dashing from under my shed to feed on fat ball scraps dropped by sparrows.

Rebus, Roe deer and Muntjac Deer will quite happily eat brambles, whilst Red Deer and Fallow Deer will eat quantities of Holly in the winter months.
So hats off to them then eh !
Regards
Rob

Thanks, i wouldn't have thought of deer eating the brambles, i wonder how on earth their mouth's tolerate them. As for them eating holly, . Nature certainly doesn't like to waste anything! | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
