| | | Top Field 2008 - rescued :D Hi all,
Having rescued the 'Top Field' from ploughing I have decided to share all I have found in it this year. It has now been cut for hay (as it is sometimes) and has been a wonderful field full of flowers and insects: a real haven for wildlife! (can't wait for next year )
Here is the blog: http://www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk/fo...-d-review.html
Here is the full list of everything I found: http://www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk/fo...cies-list.html
And some pictures:
1 Greater butterfly orchid
2 Blue fleabane
3 Keeled garlic
4 Small Copper
5 Gatekeeper

Your shots are top-notch too. Please keep this line of thread going, it's first rate!
