The peanuts in the bird feeder seemed to be going down quicker than they should and I hadn't seen the usual suspect a local grey squirrel. Then I spotted this fellow  
I watched later as he struggled up the bamboo cane the feeder was hung on (as an unsuccessful attempt to keep the squirrel off) and he then pushed up the "lid" and climbed in and had a secluded lunch in the sunshine. |
