| | | Re: Isle of mull Nope... but Mull is home to the White-Tailed (Sea) Eagle re-introduction project, so you can look forward to some spectacular stuff. I believe the island also has some Golden Eagles. |

| | | Re: Isle of mull They've got Corncrake on Iona - well worth a visit. especially the beaches at the North end, lots of good stuff all around the coast, Otters from almost any of the roads that follow the shores of Loch Scridain. I think there's a Mull birdsite -try googling for Mull Birds.

You might find this site helpful for birds - Mullbirds Online

One would assume they are still there I hope. Mull and Iona are tremendous, I'm sure you'll have a great time.

| | | Re: Isle of mull A drive through Glen More with a few stops to patiently scan the tops should almost guarantee Golden Eagle (weather permitting).

| | | Re: Isle of mull I shall be on Mull late May early June too. On our last visit we did the full day Sea safari from Tobermory, saw Minke Whales. Great day out but weather got a bit rough on the way back
We saw White tailed eagles most days and Otter once. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
