Welcome to WAB Jamie. I think mine is a toss up between Scottish Wildcat and Pine Marten. Assuming we are talking about mammals.

They are all lovely but my favourites are:
Fox and those deer found in the Scottish Highlands (sorry don't know what kind of deer they are called) |
